Mandatory Documents
Please keep the following documents ready for the admission process.
Date of Birth Certificate
Copy of Date of Birth Certificate
Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority.
Aadhar Card
Copy of Aadhar Card of the Child and of both Parents
Medical Fitness Certificate
Certificate of Medical Fitness by Registered Medical Practitioner
Child's Health Report
Blood group, Height, and Weight report of the child
Parents' Qualification Certificate
Highest qualification certificate of parents
Income Certificate
Recent Income Certificate from the Competent Authority
BPL Category Supporting Documents
BPL Category Supporting Documents (If Applicable)
Candidates claiming consideration under BPL category will annex attested photocopy of authentic evidence in support thereof, original income certificate from the concerned Tehsildar, original certificate of BPL from the concerned Ration Depot In-charge with seal and stamp.
Ward's Sibling Proof
Ward's Sibling Proof (If Applicable)
In the case of a ward's sibling is already a student at the school, proof thereof to be produced. (Copy of Fee Receipt/Report Card)
Medical Document for Differently Abled Candidates
Medical Document for Differently Abled Candidates (If Applicable)
Medical document if the candidate is differently abled.
